Size: 10-inch diameter pot
Plant type: Tree
Also known as: Plumeria, Common Frangipani
Where can I put this? In part to full sun outside.
How often do I water it? Weekly until established when the top inch or two of growing media are dry.
What should I use to repot it? A well-drained soil mix with added compost when the roots fill the pot. When the plants are in the final pot or outside, top-dress with compost or another soil amendment yearly.
When do I fertilize it? Monthly with a dilute balanced fertilizer while it's actively growing.
Other Information: The tree may be defoliated once or twice a year by frangipani worms, but this is not fatal to the tree. As long as the tree continues receiving the required water, it will grow leaves again. Frangipani worms may be treated with Actara or Karate.
