Return & Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to keep our website up-to-date. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur and prices may change before the website reflects these changes. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have requested we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

On rare occasions our online stock levels may not indicate something is out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible to inform you that something on your order is not available; we can usually offer you a suitable alternative. No assurance is given that items featured on this website are available now or in the future.

The plant in the image is for illustration and will probably differ from the delivered plant. Plants will flower, if exposed to the right conditions. Not all plants ordered can be delivered with a flower. We will select the most attractive plant at the time your order was placed.

If you discover the goods are faulty, you must notify us of the defect within three (3) days of the date of purchase. Returns must be done within seven (7) days.
