Where can I put this? In a bright spot indoors or a part shade to mostly sunny spot outdoors. No midday sun if possible.
How often do I water it? When the top couple inches of potting media gets dry.
What should I use to repot it? A very well-drained potting mix or soil mix. Compost should be added to the chosen mix.
When do I fertilize it? Once a year by adding compost to the growing media.
Other information: Japanese maples lose their leaves for the winter overseas, so we may receive plants with only leaf buds. Leaves will emerge from these buds within 2 weeks.
